Information we collect

When you request a Personalized Seller Plan, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number, property address, and approximate selling timeframe. The site also records the request's lead source and may record campaign parameters in the page URL, the landing-page path, and the referring page address.

Seller Proceeds Calculator

The calculator keeps your financial inputs and results in the active page's browser memory. They are not transmitted to Golden Corridor, analytics, or other third parties; included in a URL; or stored in cookies, local storage, or application records. They clear when you leave or refresh the page. The site's consent-controlled analytics may measure page visits, but do not receive calculator amounts.

How we use it

Tom uses Seller Plan information to prepare and follow up on your request, respond using the contact details you provide, understand how the request reached the site, and prevent same-day duplicate submissions. Submission also triggers a request notification for Tom and a confirmation email to the email address you provide.

The Seller Plan form's separate consent statement describes the contact authorization for that request. It does not say that you consent to automated promotional text messages or marketing enrollment.

Storage and recipients

Seller Plan submissions are stored in private Golden Corridor lead records in the application's Convex data store. The website sends the information through a signed, private intake route; the public website does not expose those records for public reading or writing.

The submission details are also sent to the MadeThis /site/notify proxy to deliver the request notification and confirmation email. Tom receives the request notification so he can respond to you. No separate email-provider SDK or email-provider API integration is used by this Seller Plan flow.

The current application code does not set an automatic deletion or retention period for Seller Plan lead records. This policy does not make claims about retention periods that may apply outside this application, including brokerage or legal recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept Analytics through the site’s privacy controls. The site code does not load Meta Pixel or Google advertising tracking. Display and body fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google when pages load.

You can use your browser settings to manage cookies and local storage. Blocking them may affect analytics behavior but should not change the Seller Plan form fields themselves.

Third-party market reports

The Market Trends page loads three reports for the market you select from TrendGraphix in embedded frames. Your browser connects directly to TrendGraphix to request the reports, so that provider may receive technical information as described in its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Golden Corridor does not control the provider’s collection. Seller Proceeds Calculator amounts are not included in report URLs or sent to the report frames.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the Seller Plan form. Email tdunphy@windermereca.com or call 916-960-6047. Include enough information for Tom to locate the request, such as the name and email address used on the form.

Analytics and measurement

When you accept Analytics through the privacy controls, Golden Corridor uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website and improve its operation. This may include pages viewed, referring source and campaign parameters, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from technical information.

When you submit a Personalized Seller Plan request, we use a limited conversion signal to measure that an accepted request occurred. We do not send the contents of Seller Plan submissions to Google Analytics, including your name, email address, phone number, property or street address, selling timeframe, free-text responses, comparable-property information, pricing guidance, or other property details.

Cookies and choices

Where required, we ask for and honor your choice before placing or reading analytics cookies. You can accept or decline analytics through our privacy controls and change that choice later through the same controls. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use this website or submit a Seller Plan request.

Advertising measurement

Golden Corridor's initial analytics implementation does not use Google Ads linking, advertising personalization, Google Signals, Meta Pixel, or Meta advertising measurement. If those tools are enabled in the future, this Policy and the privacy controls will be updated before activation.
